This pleasing blend has a slight umami flavour from the Shiraore paired with the vivid green depth of the Matcha. The first cup you enjoy the strong aroma (Matcha) and the second brew you can enjoy the more gentle savoury notes of the stalk (Shiraore). Brew simply in pot (not whisked).
