This matcha adheres to the Susumuya SGJT standards, designed to stabilise and balance key elements of the tea- such as aroma, umami, and sweetness within the Kagoshima Prefecture. Products labelled with this designation guarantee that the leaves are sourced exclusively from trusted local farms.
